Yesterday, I started working out. I'm tired of all the BS I've put up with in the last couple of weeks and I decided I'm going to turn this negative energy/attitude into something productive.
I joined a fitness center and have ran the last two days. I ran a mile and a half both days and started to hit the weights as well. Tomorrow I plan on running and swimming for a couple of hours. I'm tired of women, I'm tired of school, I'm tired of feeling bad about myself and its time to start from scratch! Hopefully this works out as well as it did for LATINOSMASFINO! -------------------- ![]() |

a word of advice. do the research and find out what foods to eat, how many days a week to work out etc. a lot of people, myself included, jump headlong into it and waste a lot of time by over-training or not eating right and eventually get discouraged. save yourself the trouble, plan everything out and stick to it.
