51 in a 30. i figured the limit was 40 because it was a 4 lane road. anyway, after court costs and lawyer fees (to get the ticket taken off record) im in the hole $250. it may not sound like much to you guys, but i have to bag a lot of groceries to make up for it
 . mods on my celi will be idle for at least 3 months because i have to pay for that, build up $500 for insurance in july, and pay $100/mo for payments. im so pissed i cant do anything to my celi for a while.

among other things, he needs to be able to prove that he can recall your direct violation WITHOUT his notes. he will always need his notes, which will be allowed, but you prove he can't remembe ryou when u bring it up. Ask him stuff like what color tshirt you were wearing
