 Need help on daylight runners |

Hi guys,
do any of you guys know what to do when your day light runners suddenly doesn't work that also goes w/ the high beam. I change the bulbs and still doesnt work. any help would be greatly appreciated... Thank you... |

Since when do we have daytime running lamps? I never had them.
