Thanks! The lip is made by toyota. you can order it at youre local dealer , i don;t know if its available in america.

I don;t think you will be grounding it a lot. A friend of my got it as well and lowerd his car with 40mm. But you can't take speedbumps with high speed anymore

Yah, but my car is significantly lower as stock, and I've slapped TRD springs on and dropped it another 25mm. I grind the nose too ofter already.
