 Viper Alarm System Problem, Shock Sensor |

I was wanting to know how to adjust the sensitivity of the shock sensor on my Viper 550 esp security system, does anyone know how?

Yep, Thats EXACTLY what it looks like, and i do know where the sensor is (my dad and I installed the system on Saturday
 ) I found that knob that I thought adjusts it... but i'm not sure which way to turn it... I messed with it some but it didn't seem to make a difference.How sensive can it go?
