 vert problems, HELP |

ok so as the topic says. i'm having trouble with my vert. i cant open it electicly only manually. one side seems to be working fine but the otherside doesnt open or close making the whole thing not work.
if its down it wont even move but i hear the motor working. and when it closed it works sometimes. what could be the problem?? the hinges?? |

o ok thanx it would be really helpful. what is the specific part that i need? wat do i ask for from toyota?
