 Best ride quality, tires springs + struts |

I know this has been discuss several times, on what is the best suspension.
Well what is the best suspension for best ride quality. So for my idea of the best ride is: 17 in rims with 45 tire wall. tanable springs. and kyb struts. Anyone else have anything to add? comments? what is the best ride quality coil-overs? |

or even better..
get 13 inch rims and put some cynder blocks in the front and rear of the car to weight it down. comon guys.. obviously i'm asking about what is the best ride quality for a lowered car. And by lowering i dont mean by adding weights to it. |
