well here is my situation, i'm looking for a decent 4 door sedan. one car i have been eyeing is an accord 99 and prabably up to 01 or 02. im looking to spend about 10-13 grand. input is aprieciated!!

yeah thats true. well i got some time cuz i have kid on the way. i got until mid june til my first kid. im thinkin about saftey too. its got me all worked up about it but its all good. about the rims theres no doubt about that but i dunno about lowering it. dont know how my wife will have a liking to it but i'll shoot her the idea.. THANKS!!
