I have gootten the brake caliper off and disconnected it from the shock what else needs to be done in order to take the brake disk off the cv joint so i can put the boot on the joint. any help appreciated thanks

I'm not quite sure if that this is the right way of doing it. Its been a long time since I have disassembled a cv axle and i forgot the details. I would have to have a joint infront me me to be able to walk you through it..
