I have gootten the brake caliper off and disconnected it from the shock what else needs to be done in order to take the brake disk off the cv joint so i can put the boot on the joint. any help appreciated thanks

"Do you have to take the inner boot off the axle and take that half of the axle off to get to the outer joint?"
I'm not quite sure if that this is the right way of doing it. Its been a long time since I have disassembled a cv axle and i forgot the details. I would have to have a joint infront me me to be able to walk you through it.. Maybe another member here can help you.. .Sorry ![]() |
