ok guys i just recently got my Celica liek 2 days ago its a black 96 ss1....now its automatic but plan to got for a transmission transplant later on...but i realise on the gear box of the automatic car theres to buttons...PWR..when i click it on it says ECT-S POWER next to the speedometer ...then theres MAnu ...i press it and next to the speedometer it says ECT-S Manual, but when i turn either of them on the cr feels exactly the same ...now the prob is t heres also sum sorta crazy looking red button with japanese writing on it i darre not push it but culd sum1 tell me what the hell it says or wat it does at all ??? please

the ect power increases the shift a little longer like instead of the auto shifting at 5900 with it off it will shift right before redline like at 6200 i used to have that on my camry, its realy useless for street racing since are powerband stops at like 5800, but thats what it does, does this make sense? sorry all my thought are out of order
