would the Aussie downpipe from MR2(2nd gen 3SGTE) fit the ST205?

Here is a picture of a MR2 cat and alltrac cat side by side (smaller is MR2):  It seems to me that this would effect where the midpipe hooks up. If so, and my midpipe was custom fabricated for the MR2 cat, I think buying a MR2 downpipe makes sense. That said, Doge used the KO downpipe made for the MR2 and got it to work.
