Can your average body shop mold cut out a hole and mold in a hood vent to make it look right? How much could one expect to pay for the labor? Has anyone had this done?

If anybody want, I can post detailed piccies of a GT4 Hood vent so that you can try to fabricate your own. I`ll even add dimensions.
