 Custom Short Shifter, - Is this a good idea?? |

My friend made a custom short shifter by simply cutting it and re-threading it.
I would like to have a shorter shifter just because ours are so high when they are stock... i'm not looking for any performance upgrade just to have it shorter.  ALso cutting it will not make it a short shifter, it will just be lower. |

cool, i understand that it just makes it lower and not a short shifter..
