hey guy as you know iam 16 years old and my biggest dream was to trick out a car it never mattered what it was and i happend to get a badA$$ car like a celica my dad only paid 3200 but i play baseball so i dont have a job to get money but i work over the summer and my plans were to do a lot of stuff to my car when i start working. But my dad prettty much shot me down hes like why would spend all this money into your car when dont know if you plan on keeping it and he says i have no concept of money i dont know i guess i see all you guys with all these nice mods but i forget that most of you are 20+ going to college or working so i need some advice do you think i should keep my dream or just leave my celica the way it is...i already got a bodykit

yeah i had to go through this when i first got a car,..um all i can say is dont let down, keep talking to him about it but in a semi annoying way kinda. I mean for me it got to the point where I was like screw you, you dont realize how important this is to me that he finally did realized it. He still hates I waste my money on cars, but thats not his problem.
However my one piece of advice is that your dad is right about putting money into a car you might not keep. I went through 3 cars including a celica till I found the car that I knew it was ment to be. So if you have any doubts about your current car, save your cash untill you know you have the car you wanna work on. Not much as far as advice, but i hope this helps out
