 Race clutch, noise common? |

I've been researching this and haven't found a concrete answer..
I just got a 6 puck ACT racing clutch put in my car.. I hear a little whistle/grinding noise when shifting into first and sometimes into second.. I've read some sites that say this is common with racing clutches.. is this true.. or is there something wrong with my clutch setup?.. let me know.. knew to me and didn't start making the noise til i had the clutch installed.. wondering if maybe they screwed up installing into my car -Chris |

I bought a ACT 6 puck clutch.. friends of mine.. on a strip of car shops.. so they all buy parts from each other really cheap.. that's why it oly cost me a diff of 40 bucks for the racing clutch... about $180 for the race clutch...
performance clutch.. etc.. love it.. and now with my new CAI sounds like i've got some power finally -Chris (nezt up is the install of a magnaflow exhaust  )
