 Hatch won't open, whatd ya think? |

So I went to open my hatch the other night and the key wouldn't turn clockwise like usual. So I tried counter-clockwise. Then the key slit was horizontal instead of lateral. And it stayed horizontal and still wouldn't open. So I went to use the interior hatch level. It just felt like it had already been released. So I'm thinking I snapped the cable. Any thoughts?

say what? if i unlock drive side twice it unlocks both???
