So I went to open my hatch the other night and the key wouldn't turn clockwise like usual. So I tried counter-clockwise. Then the key slit was horizontal instead of lateral. And it stayed horizontal and still wouldn't open. So I went to use the interior hatch level. It just felt like it had already been released. So I'm thinking I snapped the cable. Any thoughts?

well, you can lock it so the release doesnt open it, and you can lock your seats up. that way the only way you can get to the trunk is if you have a key. i keep mine locked up when im up at school bc it doesnt get driven for a few weeks at a time or longer, and i dont want anything stolen out of it.
