how much do you guys think it would cost to remove my stock 3 post wing and fill in the holes?

Do you have boom in your trunk. I shaved a third light from z24 vert once, and I didn't weld a plate(used fiberglass), then i used filler.......2 12"subs eventually cracked my paint
 A welder will do it for a 12 pack, just grind down the welds yourself, and a little bit of filler |
