I've been watching the UFC challenge/reallity TV thing. Man, I love it. I've never liked a show so much. I'd really like to be in the UFC. I've been training with the Toughman Compition in mind for about 2 years. But I think I'm going to start training for UFC now. I'm going to take up yoga and see if I can't find out some Ju Jits Sue or something like it. I've done boxing for 6 years now, wrestalling for 3, and I have a Red belt in Ti-Kwan-Do. I think I should finish up my Ti-Kwan-Do and get the black too. Thoughts and opinions?

I'm 245lbs right now. I could get down to about 220. I'd be pretty damn lean at that. I want serious muscle grouth though. I don't care about bulk at all. I already look like I'm not strong. I'm a human sleeper, it's pretty cool. Any one have ideas on serious muscle grouth? I'll do anything. But I'd like to stay fit and be able to run for long disstances and be extreemly flexable.
