I've been watching the UFC challenge/reallity TV thing. Man, I love it. I've never liked a show so much. I'd really like to be in the UFC. I've been training with the Toughman Compition in mind for about 2 years. But I think I'm going to start training for UFC now. I'm going to take up yoga and see if I can't find out some Ju Jits Sue or something like it. I've done boxing for 6 years now, wrestalling for 3, and I have a Red belt in Ti-Kwan-Do. I think I should finish up my Ti-Kwan-Do and get the black too. Thoughts and opinions?

![]() =my 'suppliments' Body building is just for show... yes, However, stronger muscles (light weight with lots of reps) will make you Drastically faster, Far more powerful, and you will be able to jump higher... not to mention it will improve your stamina. As long as you work out properly, and don't mis-use the suppliments, you will become twice the athlete within weeks. Granted, Royce Gracie and Co arent in the weight room much, but they fight differently than most. My favorite fighter ( http://www.sherdog.com/fightfinder/fightfi...p?fighterID=209 ) Wanderlei Silva said something to the effect of "you cant be your best without weight training. So, do it right, do it consistently, and you will get it done in the ring. ![]() |
