What does everyone mean by glazing putty, might be a dumb question, but, what products do you guys use to go over your bondo..

I'm not sure what the brand was that I had bought, but the thing that the putty does is to basically remove all the pinholes and to really smooth out the bondo. I don't know if you need to use it or not if you are going to use filler primer on it, but I think it dries harder than bondo as well. I'll try to see if I can find out the brand was that I used.
EDIT: The stuff I used was Kardol EZ Glaze. I think it was about 50 bucks for a half gallon can, but make sure you get the hardner as well if it doesn't come with it. This post has been edited by mjmsoccer: Mar 11, 2005 - 10:49 AM |
