I read on here that there is something you can do to the st185 tranny so it doesn't turn the drive shaft anymore for the rear wheels. I can't find the thread anymore but has anyone done this and how does it work out? Also anybody have anymore info on this?

Not only that but you only have to drill one thing on the MR2 tranny to convert it. The fact that the MR2 is mid-engine is basically making it a FWD tranny. The entire setup is in the rear, not the front, so its a FWD tranny, in the back. The conversion is not hard, alot easier than switching differentials and bellhousings.
