ahhh!!!! My neighbors are horrible! I live on the ground floor, they are on the second. The vacume early in the morning, play loud (bad) music early also. Right now it sounds like they are break dancing up there. Anyone got any suggestions how to handle it?

I've got a suggestion, be a rational adult and go up there and ask politely if they wouldn't mind keeping it quiet for a while longer.
