Hey come on guys this is funny. Customs for a gt-four older then 7 years in Russia start from 8.5K. I know this for sure since I live here and think of buying one next year.
That car was for sale on other forums fo 11.5K and no one was interested. Appart from it looking awsome you have absolutely NO chance of checking the condition of the car or even can't be sure if it would start. The only way to get a nice car that is really in great shape is to buy it of an auction. A 1998 car with 40K miles and a 3.5C - 4B grade would cost you about 6-10K (thats without customs!!!) So the end price of a nice gt-four in Russia is about 16-19K$. I know this since I spend a lot of time looking at the auctions in japan. So if anyone offers you a gt-four for 4K that means that it probably has severe structural damage and was repainted after repair. So if you are seeing something cheap that is not cheap anywhere else- that means that something is wrong with it This post has been edited by _rz_: Mar 14, 2005 - 10:22 AM |
