I`m in the process of producing my own induction kit and cold air box set up for my ST205. A couple of questions.
Obviously I`m getting rid of the standard airbox and dumpvalve. Fitting the dumpvalve isnt a problem, but there is a pipe that connects to the top of the airbox Marked as "D" on picture 2 this comes from position "A" on picture 1 Is this the pipe that leads to the wastegate VSV valve that I have seen marked on some repair manual drawings???? Is it possible to connect this to position "C" without causing ant damage as the pipe that leads here normally, is just the breather pipe for the engine "B" which I can just divert and top off with a small filter. If I`m incorrect with my assumption what is pipe "A" and what can I connect it to? or basicaly - can I connect point "A" to point "C" and not break my car? Hope this makes sence, any help will be as always much apreciated. Cheers folks ![]() ![]() ![]() |

A is the air filter? kind of hard to really tell whats going on from those pics...take off that big topmount IC and we can see whats really going on.
