Front Light adjustment Options

I just got a celica and I have noticed a slight problem . The previous owner probably got into an accident and knocked the front bumper out of place or something.

Here are some pictures to show u what I am talking about.

The front high beam with the gap:

What would be the best option for me to take? I was thinking of removing the front bumper during the weekends and hopefully readjusting the light? Is that possible?

mmm nice projektors doesnt look like that huge of a problem tho.... very minimal damages from what i could see, cept the gash. on the first image i didnt know u had projectors and thought u had some kind of inner-light combustion lol... oh and dont bother with the bumper alignment... the plastic is pretty much warped and can do much about that.. i got it on my rear bumper (warped plastic)
