I just got a celica and I have noticed a slight problem
 . The previous owner probably got into an accident and knocked the front bumper out of place or something.Here are some pictures to show u what I am talking about. the lights are bolted to the upper frame. They generally don't move. You might want to realign the bumper or try to pull out the frame the lights are bolted to.
