Switching b/t 2 flasher speeds, Need schooling

I want to wire it with a switch between the two relays so that I can switch back to stock speed if I find myself getting tailed. Has anyone done this?

LOOK AT ME PAY ATTENTION TO ME I BLINK SO FAST YOU WILL HAVE AN EPLEPTIC FIT Also, it just makes it look like you take ****ty care of your car, cus burned out bulbs blink super fast too
