Shin, its actually physically impossible for you to get better braking power out of them; they're surface space is reduced too much by the slots and the holes- now if you replaced the pads, or your old rotors were going out.. then you might feel a difference; but a stock rotor vs cross and drilled, stock rotor would win.

Read ANYWHERE from retailers that sell slotted/drilled rotors and they WILL NOT say those rotors are for better performance. With today's compound brake pads... there is NO reason to run drilled or slotted rotors from a braking performance perspective.
