Hey guys...

I have a 95 coupe and am looking for some body kit options.

I purchased a complete Invader Kit and have installed the front bumper, and sideskirts. However, the rear bumper was complete shiz-zy. I spent about 20 hours and $60 in fiberglass materials and the project ended up in the trash. Either the mold or something was horrible because it did not match up with anything (the taillights, rear panel, I do know that for it to fit the coupe it needed to be extended 2 inches in either side but still, it looked horrible).

SO now to the point.

I need some ideas for either bumpers or extensions for the rear bumper of a COUPE and will fit without hourrs of complications.

I am so mad right now that I have wasted near $250 on a crappy bumper on my already tight body budget....

Please help...Images or links to such would be super awesome!

Yeah, the modification necessary to make the bumper fit is to extend it, because it is about two inches too short on either side of the bumper where it meets the tire well. So in order to fit it, you have to chop the sides off and then fill in two inches of fiberglass between the pieces.

The problem with my bumper I got though was that the curvature around the lights and where the rear panel sits was complete crap, it didnt fit at all period, so in order to have made it fit I would have to mold on the original bumper with fiberglass to get the exact curvature, and then take that mold and ghetto-chop it onto the invader rear...too much time and money if I would have had to do it, and definately a lot less than if a shop had to do it. For the money part of it, it just turned out to be cheaper to trash it and get some extensions, not to mention I wouldnt have to mess with fitting it to sit perfectly on my car. smile.gif

I just cant wait till I get all this body work done, once I am finished with fitting the kit and I paint my car, I can move on to my engine swap.
