i think im running to much pressure causing the seals to leak oil and smoke. its nothing horible but just enough to get me mad. so right now it gets 25 psi at idle and is fine but at like 3k and up it gets 50psi. so any ideas?>

If you have excessive crankcase pressure, more oil will push into your turbo, which will slowly coke the seals, and eventually the oil seals deteriorate. To test this, 'Bryon' on mr2oc forums slipped a hose onto his dipstick opening and monitored the pressure with a gauge. Your engine and turbo will operate best with a slight vacuum on the crankcase, therefore if you have a +psi readings off your oil pan gauge, you have excessive blow by.
