New Mobil 1 Synthetics, 5k, 7.5k, 15k Options

I dont know if any of you remember but i was preaching about the 15k oil about a year ago. Most likely you dont cause im no big shot on here. But anyway, my uncle works for them and told me about but the government wouldnt let Mobil sell the product because it would put other companies out of business.

Well they did it finally and im switching my parents oil over to the 15k next oil change. even better is its around the same price as regular 3k oil.


I highly recommend these new oils, especially if my uncle who is up in the ranks says they do what they really do.

I'll admit, I was skeptical and wrong.

Do you know if the oil can last that long if the engine is ran hard, or are those mileage guidelines for the people who aren't too hard on their cars. If it's around the same price as the regular Mobil1 synthetic, then I think I'll try the 15k stuff, and change it out at 3,000 miles, and see how it looks.

Also, you still need to change the filter every 3,000 miles, right?
