Simple and general question.......what is a limited slip diff, what does it do, and who has it??

The inner wheel moves less in either case, hence the name "differential." The limited slip differential uses clutches or fluid that engage when one wheel is spinning considerably faster than the other, so that more power is transferred to the wheel with traction.
