 neon light in box??, how to hook up?? |

all my audio is hooked up. amp,sub,cap, but what will i need to do to hook this up?? anyone know?? the sub box looks like this and the neon blue light is on the right hand side.
 u can see the connection here thanks hope someone can help.

yeah. if i wanted mine to just stay on all the time could i just use the positive thats on the amp? so have a crimp terminal connected as well as the power wire at the amp?
