But this Compleats my CUSTOM PROJECTOR HEADLIGHTS project!!!!! YaY!! Can wait for tomorow till i get the chance to finish my headlights and install them! -------------------- Ex celica owner - just a guy from other side of the pond...

I told my dad and uncle about this, and they said that those groves you sanded out are for directing the light. Said you wouldn't be able to see as well after night? Is this true?

Yes, this would be true if i had normal stock reflectors inside the housings, but if you searched for topic called Custom Projectors headlight, you would see that i managed to place the BMW projector units inside the headlights, and whats why i need clear glass...
