 7A-FTE or 4A-GZE, What's better??? |

I have a 7A-FE with Auto transmission. I wanted to know if I'd get more power from turbocharging my 7A or from swapping it with a 4A-GZE? What would be less of a pain? And how much would each project run me, approximately?
Anyone got the wiring??? --------------------  |

well ive been thinking... and im actually thinking about reproducing the fabled hks 5agx motor...
