How do you jack your car up with your body kit on? And where do you guys jack it up at?

what i do is drive the car ontop of a couple sheets of ply wood.. just so the wheel is ontop of the wood. Then put the jacks in the regular position and fire away.

remove the plywood to do what you need to do.. and put them back when you lower your car again.. safe, fast, and easily.. this way you dont have to worry about cracking your fiberglass kits.


yup, for those of us ( me included) who have to use the sissor jack to lift the front of the car a bit to get a jack under there, heres a good tip, go to your local home depot or lowes or walmart or whatever, buy a couple "patio blocks" theyre usually like 12x18x2 or somthing like that, like 3$ apeice, put them in front of your front wheels, drive up onto them, and whalla, no need for the sissor jack wink.gif
