 Plexi Glass and Plastic, Best way to cut it? |

I'm making custome speaker brackets for my door's 6.5" premier speakers. I'm planning on buying plastic sheets(lexan-plexiglass type of acrylic plastic). I wanted to know the best way to cut this a.s.a.p. so I could go to the hardware store and buy it so I can start cutting.

water cooled jigsaw, gg, home depot has em, not sure where my dad got his from, but watch out, there messy, lol
