I have to agree- TOM's stuff is always high quality and as alrady stated, $$$... TOM's center caps yes, but the wheels themselves, who knows...
EDIT- actually, the size would imply that they are TOM's wheels meant for the 7th gen. celica. There is a similar design in silver that was available for the UK market for early 7th gens, but it was labeled an original toyota accessory
