In Chicago, gas just spiked 20 cents. The cheapest I've seen is $2.45 for reg, $2.55 for super (which is what I put in my car) and $2.65 for premium. And usually, I drive 15 minutes to Indiana and pay 20 cents less, but now it's only 3 cents cheaper. It's not even worth burning the gas to drive there anymore. On top of that, I drive a truck for a living and the price of diesel is $2.65 which makes it almost impossible to make any money so all the employees at my company are going on strike on Monday so that we can get paid more for delivering loads. This is crazy!!! It's only the beginning of spring and prices are getting higher. What's going to happen by mid-summer? I heard in Cali they are already paying close to $3.50.

I can care less about europe, its completely to different societies, so many things go into price differences because how they are taxed and what not. But the price of oil hasnt raised that much for the prices to shoot up that much. & according to what i read online, my 2.35 for 93 octane is only getting taxed .46 cents per gallon |
