When a woman is in a coma does she still get her period? and if she does do umm doctors like change her umm pad?

As I understand it your bodily functions carry on normally even with you in your coma, subconcious things continue for the most part while your conciousness is lost. It only makes sense that they would continue on their cycle would it not? And I am sure that they manage it in some way or another.
