When a woman is in a coma does she still get her period? and if she does do umm doctors like change her umm pad?

yes, they do. There are nurses who take care of coma patients who bathe them, change their clothes, shave them, cut their finger nails, cut their hair, etc... and for female patients, keep track of their periods and provide pads during.
