I have a question for all you electricians out there... What is the easiest way for someone to wire up daytime running lights? What needs to happen is when the knob is in the "off" position, the highbeams need to come on at 1/2 intensity. When the knob is turned to parking lights or "on" the highs shut off completely (unless of course the lever is pushed forward to have the high beams on). Thanks in advance for any suggestions...

Celicas in Canada have them wired for DRLs. The best bet is to find someone who has disabled them there and work in reverse.
