Decideing against engine swapping a 3SGTE into my 96 Celica ST or just selling it and buying a 3,000$ 1st gen 6bolt Talon TSi AWD.
What would the best bang for the buck be? I just want to do 13's and I'll be happy. Also, on a scale of 1 - 10, how difficult is the engine swap from someone that doesnt know much about engines in general? I really dont know what to do for my next car. This 110 horsepower isnt cutting it anymore. |

It sure is relative...I'd rather make a sub enclosure entirely out of fiberglass than change a motor mount.
As far as bang for the buck, the Talon will be faster for less money. But DSMs are notoriously unreliable. -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...
