Hey, i have water filled up about 1/4 the way in one of my brights and one of the normal headlights is fogged up on the inside...is there anyway to get into these to drain them and anywhere i can get new seals or do i just need alltogether new lights? do i need to take off my front bumper to fix this problem?

Pull out the bulb, fill it up the rest of the way, insert a beta that fits your exterior color scheme.
