you know that blue tinted mirror glass like a bmw's and vw's well i was wondering why can't the celi have it to cuz they look pimp. anoyne know of a place that can custom make the blue glass for the mirrors??

some info. The blue tint on the mirrors on the 99-02 MKIV VWs is a UV coating on the glass. I searched the vortex (VW) to see if there is a tint or film you could put on your existing mirrors and got nada.
Any one who has 03+ and late 02s (normal mirrors) and wants the tinted they just buy the 99-02 tinted mirrors and replace. Sometimes the tint becomes distorted or curroded because of bad heating elements and the glass is just replaced. that's all I got. -------------------- |
