From 7A-FE to 7A-GE, Need some info Options

First, I want to sayI used the search feature and didn't pull up much. I wanted tyo get a Silvertop 4A-GE but that crap will come out to $2,200 + $800 to swap from Auto to Manual. Forget that. I'd rather save my money, build the 7A and pimp it. Because the silvertop can give me 160HP, when I can put in like $1,500 and turbo my little baby and have around 180HP. Then add a sprinkle of nitrous in there and BAM. Kick ass and take names.

Back to what I was saying. Before I turbo, I wanted to put a 4A-GE head on the 7A-FE so I can have a 7A-GE. The mechanic I spoke to said that it will cost me a lot of money to put a 20V head on a 16V head because of some stuff there. What's the best head to put on there? The Silvertop, Blacktop, or the GZE head? How much $ average did it cost the people that did this headswap? How much HP does this upgrade give you? Right now, I'm having the Stock 110HP. How much HP will the best GE head give you? Is it more feasible to just swap the whole 4A-GE in there?
