just wondering how wide of a wheel spacer would i need for a flush look or just even almost flush look with 18x7.5 w/ +48 offset.

basicly with a 7" wide wheel, you'll need a 32 or 30 offset to be flush, with 8" wide rims a 35 will do it.

I bought 7.5" rims with 48 offset and 15mm spacers (net +33). That should be perfect but we will see.
