In a few days or so my friends and I are going on a camping trip that is located somewhere up a mountain. I'm concerned about what gear to be in when constantly going up a mountain. Although I have done it before but it was not on a mountain road instead just a normal street where the roads are straight.
Any tips for do's and don'ts? I'll be adding alot of weight to the car, so i'm not sure if it can handle going up or if it has enough power to do it. -Thanks. |

well, when goin down hill, keep it in second up hill, keep it in second or 3rd depending on how fast you want to go.
now i dont drive stick(still practicing) but that comes from common sense, you dont want to go fast down hill so keep it in second and you never go to fast up hill on a curvey road(unless u know the road VERY well) and 4th would probably be too high for climbing up a mountain -------------------- 1994 Celica GT4 WRC Edition
