![]() This guy did this a couple of weeks ago and his parents went out and bought him a Boxter, I guess as a reward for having the car for more than a month before totaling it. This post has been edited by darksecret: Apr 22, 2005 - 12:28 PM |

envy, one of the seven deadly sins
luckily the kids out here tend to like big ass lifted trucks, which i dont care for i guess you could say im a rich kid. my mom offered to buy me a g35 coupe but i turned it down instead i opted for the much cheaper WRX. she wouldnt let me drive anything older than 2000 when i would be perfectly happy with a 2nd gen dsm or a mk3 supra i got my car as a highschool graduation/ getting into a great college present. so yea, my mom got me my car, i dont directly pay for it. instead i do all the home and car repair. i also do the maintainance on our apartment buildings. this year alone i have saved my mom $10k+. in the past 10 years, i have done so much plumbing, painting, drywalling, cabinet replacment, auto repair, and even reroofing. basically, she paid me with a nice car. and yes, i am very greatful and appreciate what has been given to me. if i total the car and its my fault, i am fairly certain she will cut my balls off.
